The Amber Room was created to answer the needs of so many people who want to buy amber but do not have the ability to find the hundreds of amber manufacturers and artists that do business in Poland. Even though Gdansk, Poland is the amber capital of the world and the head of the Ancient Amber Road, the companies in the Gdansk region are spread out over a large area and are not often found by most buyers. Likewise, many of the companies do not have English language capability. And finally, some of the finest amber and silver artists are in Warsaw and other parts of Poland.
