Return Policy
Products may be returned up to 60 days after shipment. They must be unused and in the original carton.
The standard is simple. If the customer opens the package, looks at the product and says that it is not what the customer wanted, it can be returned. But if it is used for a bit, then it cannot be returned.
Prior to a return, you must request a return authorization number.
Cost of the product is refunded. Shipping, handlin and any other costs are not.
